No, it works alongside them. Slique runs each development, reads every invoice and sets out the VAT for your accountant to sign off.

Can my lender and investors see it?

Yes, on Developer and Portfolio. They get their own login showing progress, the programme and site photos. Your costs and margins stay private unless you share them.

Is our data safe?

It's kept in a private London database, in your name. Export it any time.
